Hi, my name is Ben and I love good coffee!

 

I used to drink any coffee...and I mean ANY COFFEE. I was then restricted to one cup a day by my doctor. 

 

If I was only going to have one cup, it better be damn good. I tried a lot of different coffees all over Portland Ore, my old home.

It wasn’t until I was introduced to home roasting that I was able to say I had found the perfect cup. And then another. And then another. 

 

Now that my family and I have moved to the UK, it is even harder to find a good cup of coffee, even in a coffee shop. 

 

I started Ghost Ship because I realized that not everyone can home roast, but everyone deserves good coffee in their kitchen, in their cup, and in their lives.
